LIKHA | To Create
Founded in 2025 by HIMIG member Rane Beato, HKCS LIKHA (“to create”) functions as the collective’s creative team–working behind the scenes to produce visual content that promotes HKCS’ mission and vision. Through photography, videography, graphic design, and social media content, LIKHA extends HKCS’ mission of celebrating Filipino culture to other mediums, as their projects reflect the identities of young Filipino-Canadians.

Inspired by the NPR Tiny Desk Concerts, Sala (“Living Room”) Sessions are a series of casual concerts filmed in a living room with a live audience. Much like their formal concerts, Sala Sessions highlight Filipino talent in performing beloved tunes by Filipino artists around the world.
